CRC BaSe

I Colorectal Cancer data Base (CRC BaSe) finns omkring 77 000 individer som diagnosticerats med tjock- och ändtarmscancer, samt deras förstagradssläktingar ‒ föräldrar, syskon, barn. I databasen har varje patient sex kontroller, det vill säga slumpvalda personer som ska representera den allmänna befolkningen. Även släktingar till kontrollerna ingår. CRC BaSe har nationell täckning och gör det möjligt att utföra klinisk epidemiologisk forskning som kan leda till bättre vård och prognos för patienter med tjock- och ändtarmscancer.
